Jill LaMadeleine is Vice President of ITM. Starting as a Tariff Manager in 1994, Jill has almost 30 years of experience managing duty drawback programs, performing classification audits and facilitating Free Trade certifications. She has established relationships with many specialists at Customs as well as longtime clients with ITM. Jill can be heard monthly in ITM’s podcasts where she hosts clients and colleagues for discussions about duty drawback, classification and Free Trade. Jill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College in 1992 and is a licensed customshouse broker.

Jay is the President of ITM. Before co-founding ITM in 1982, he had a diversified career with Uniroyal, Inc. holding various senior management positions. Jay is well-versed in the intricacies of the duty drawback regulations, Free Trade Agreements and the HTSUS. He is a sought-after lecturer and has presented at NCITD and PMA conferences as well as numerous individual corporate meetings. He is an active member of the AAEI and NCBFFA duty drawback committees. Jay received a B.Ch.E. from Syracuse University, an MBA from the University of Hartford and is a licensed customshouse broker.
